About 'Take Control' - 07/01 Matthew R.

After being introduced early 2001, this was Dom's and my first collaboration, when all we knew was we really dug each other's original music. So, with a guitar, keyboard and mini-disc, I guess the first (eventually-to-become) inside zero tune was born. Dom laid down these million-dollar pre-chorus and chorus riffs, and I went back to him the next week with the finished product - my first experience in a song essentially writing itself. At that point, I realised this was a very, very good idea.
