Richie Jarvis

Born in the '70's, Richie started playing at the age of eight, and shortly thereafter progressed to drums.

He turned professional when he turned thirteen. Kind of like a Bah Mitzvah for a drummer.

He joined Melbourne coverband Mister Meaner after receiving perfect marks for VCE Group and Solo performance.

Richie met Dom and Steve in '98 while attending Box Hill college of music.

He subsequently did and learnt nothing over the next two years & hence he joined Top40 coverband Re-Surge in 2000.

Received scholarship to Berkelee College of Music in 2000, but was concerned about the long commute, so didn't go…

His influences include Vinnie Colaiuta, Chick Corea, Billy ward, Thomas Lang, Jeff Porcaro, TOTO, Zach Danziger, Wayne Krantz, Austin Powers, Star Wars, Indiana Jones and Back to the Future Trilogy's, Spider man and of course Matt, Mattie, Stiv and Dom.

Richie loves Pasta, Mexican, Play Dough (not really) Chocolate, Vanilla Coke, Topo's Garlic Pizza.

He hates having fuzzy teeth and being hungry!
